How to use

Check before starting:

1. Confirm that the supply power is the 220 or customized voltage.
2. Confirm that the adjustable parts of the machine and the fixed screws are locked.
3. The pole direction of power connection is correct, and the direction of cutter rotation is correct. At this time the power lamp is on, frequency converter is also on.

Operation start :(leaf vegetables section)

1. Start the start button of leaf cutting to make the motor drive the cutter to run. At this time, the rotary double-cutter will operate according to the setting of frequency conversion, and the conveyor will also operate according to the setting of frequency conversion.
2. Set the frequency to get the desired cutting length.
3. Place the object to be cut at the entrance of the green conveyor belt, which will be taken into the lower pressure wheel group and cut through the cutter disc.

Press the stop button when finished, and the motor will stop.

1. Pay attention to the cleaning after operation. The machine can be cleaned with wet towel and soft brush.
2. This machine has the best performance. If the customer pays attention to various maintenance and operation skills when using it, it will be a helpful assistant and should pay special attention not to put stone or metal objects in the feeding mouth.
3. This machine should not be cut too large and hard, especially fiber of the object. If the machine knife can not cut off immediately stop, otherwise it will burn the motor and machine parts, or shorten the machine life. Should be first by hand cut a few smaller pieces.
4. This machine cutter should be disassembled and cleaned regularly after being used for a period of time. It is better to clean it once or twice a month to extend the service life of the cutter.
